The easiest way to apply is to apply online (application for employment only)! Follow steps 1-6 below, or save and print the application, complete and mail to WCA Home at the address at the bottom of this page.

To apply for admission, follow steps 1 and 2 below, then save and print the application, complete and mail to WCA Home at the address at the bottom of this page. (Application for admission cannot be completed online.)

2. Download load and save it to your computer.

3. Click on the text field you wish to fill in and simply begin typing.

4. Save your completed application. Do this by going to File, Save or Save As...
5. Attach your completed application to an email.
